English for Business & Workplace
The aim of the course:
To raise and prepare students with a strong foundation in English language skills in order to meet the needs of students before entering the real-world business. It is a Business English course that you can take to work today.
Outcome: After the course, learners will:
- Communicate successfully and confidently in daily conversation at workplace.
- Kevelop essential business communication skills such as making presentations, talking part in meetings, negotiating, telephoning and using English in social situation.
- Know how to write simple business writing such as: email, memo, telephone message, letter, take note in meeting.
- Meet the English graduation requirement of TOEIC.
Main features
The course concentrates on listening and speaking linked to practical situations. This is a topic based, so it focuses on the basic interaction patterns needed for learners to function in business areas. It encourages learners build up their confidence to talk to English speaking. The case studies with real companies, giving students the opportunity their fluency and confidence. The balancing of language training with test preparation as well as a full description of TOEIC test.

Student can choose one of the following shifts:
_ Mon/ Wed/ Fri: 05:45pm – 07:15pm; 07:30pm – 09:00pm
_ Sat: 08:00am – 11:00am
